The Solution
Working with the contractor, we suggested our Juno washroom cubicle range for both toilet areas. Made from long-lasting Compact Grade Laminate (CGL), the range can be adapted to accommodate a wide range of door heights and partition shapes – perfect for nursery and primary school environments where pupils of different ages could use the facilities with ease.
Available in 50 colours suitable for washroom environments, the client specified a calming colour scheme for both areas. In the Nursery toilets, shaped partitions and its pilasters were in a soft neutral blue (C018 Chardon). This complemented the vivid blue (B119 Bleu Turquoise) arched doors with anti-trap hinges.
A bright purple (C189 Cyclamen) was selected for the cubicle doors in the Reception toilets that contrasted against the rich blue (B119 Bleu Turquoise) pilasters and curved partitions.
Laminate vanity tops in both areas were manufactured from scratch resistant High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) and selected in a vibrant blue colour (B119 Bleu Turquoise) with semi-recessed basins that spanned the length of each wall.
The results are bright, fun looking washrooms that are robust enough for all pupils to use year after year and suited their needs.
